Italian Easter Pie

Quiche like pie

Ingredients:
2 prepared refrigerated pie crusts
3 eggs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 15 oz. container ricotta cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzerella cheese
1/2 cup chopped ham
1/2 cup chopped genoa salami
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
Directions:
Take one pie crust pressing firmly on bottom and up sides of a 9" deep cake pan
In mixing bowl whisk eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and black pepper. Add ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese icing well. Stir in ham, salami and pepperoni until well combined. Pour into prepared pan. Cover with the other pie crust pinching edges together. Take an egg with 2 oz. water to make an egg wash and brush on top of pie crust. With a knife, make 3-4 slits in top of crust. Bake 55 minutes or until a knife when inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes before serving.
Cook's Notes:
Serve with fresh fruit and/or yogurt.
